Shipping & Returns Shipping method: A) EMS( World Wide Express Mail Service ), which has tracking # and is supported by most of the countries through their local post offices. Please refer to this link ( http://www.ems.com.cn/jsp/track/ttq/e-cha-xun-lian-jie.html for your local EMS tracking service. EMS covers most of the countries but not all. Normally it takes around 5- 10 days. B) Airmail parcel, which has not tracking. Normally it takes around 7-14 days. Airmail is used for very small items or countries where EMS can not reach.   Shipping cost: The shipping cost on our site covers countries in Asia,North America, Australia, New Zealand, West Europe. Other countries may require extra shipping cost.   Return policy: If you find the product is defective out of box, you can return the defective products 3 days from the date you receive the product. Product must be returned first before a refund((minus shipping/handling cost) or an exchange is issued.Please note that buyer is responsible for the return cost and we cover the re-shipping cost.
