Your money is as important to us as it is to you, so we treat your package with respect.

If you find the product is defective in any way, you can return the defective products 3 days from the date you receive the product. Product must be returned first before a refund((minus shipping/handling cost) or an exchange is issued.Please note that buyer is responsible for the return cost and re-shipping cost.

Dragon Red Airsoft reserves the right to assess whether a complaint is covered by the return policy. Exchange/Refund is conditional on the following:
